Mega Menu Widget overlay dropdown

I would like to know if there is a way (a CSS code) that I can add to have an overlay when we move the mouse over the dropdown. I want to be able to hide all the elements around and keep the dropdown clean .

Here is an example : http://www.amazon.com . when you are clicking on ” ALL ” on the top left of the website just under the logo, a whole overlay appears. That’s what I’m trying to do.

Sorry but it is not possible with simple Custom CSS.

It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
