Mobile bottom navbar not showing up for non0logged in users

Non-logged in users do not see the mobile bottom navbar on their phones. Once logged in it shows up fine. I’ve checked the usual suspects like SG Optimizer and any other competing plugins. In the meantime I added the cart to the top mobile menu, but the custom bottom nav bar would be ideal.

Any ideas?

Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builder

I have same issue, for logged in user bottom nav menu shows and for non-logged-in users bottom nav bar not showing.

I have installed only required plugins by the theme and nothing else.

Try to disable the Maintenance mode option in Theme Settings -> Maintenance.
