Please, can you tell me where I can modify or cancel the sub menu from the blog in my main menu ?

Hello,

You can edit your menu in Appearance > Menu.

Alternatively, you can create a header for the Blog page and set it as: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/how-to-set-different-header-for-specific-page/
