I tried all option but can’t find the option to resize the box for the title:

If there is no option please to share me some CSS code which gives me option to resize this section for the page I need like shop or blog

The title size is configured in the Theme Settings > Page Title https://prnt.sc/r7b5hg

You can set size globally in the Theme Settings or individually for each page in the page settings https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/options-for-pages/
