Moving my website to another domain

Hi again!
I want to develop website using woodmart, but i need, first of all, do it on the test domain.
i have 2 domains;

1. testdomain.ru (test domain)
2. https://bironi.ru/ (main domain)

Can i install theme on test domain and later, after works move site from test to main? Or for this i need to buy second license?

for example, i opened test domain – download theme – activate her – done my website – move this site to main domain – delete test domain. Is it possible to do with only 1 license?
