I would like to install the theme in Italian at once. Is it possible?
If so, how do I do it?

+ You are also need to select the language for the backend and theme settings for admin from the admin user profile, please edit the user’s profile and then select the language for that user it will show the same on the backend.

I would like to leave the language in the administration mode as English, and put Italian on the front, i.e. on the site.

I see the front-end is translated into Italian and dashboard still is English.

This demo is using a custom layout for a single product page. You can create a dev site and import any template there. Devsite – also called a Staging platform where you can test issues, enable/disable features/plugins thus such changes will affect the main site. The below article will help you to create it:

Then navigate to Layouts > Edit single product layout with the page builder which you are using and edit this section. More, with the help of the import functionality of Elementor you can export the template, more detail is here: https://elementor.com/help/template-library/

You are using a Custom Single Product layout, which is built with WoodMart WooCommerce builderNavigate to Layouts > edit the layout > select Section title and Product (grid or carousel) widgets and change the title.

After reviewing your screenshots, we see that most of the translations not appearing are coming from WooCommerce (checkout, cart, shop archive, single post, single product).
