Need Help – Compare Page Not Working

    Hi Support Team,

    I created the “Compare” page and followed all steps in the documentation https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/compare/.

    However, after adding products to compare, the “Compare” page doesn’t work. On the front-end, it only shows the short code [woodmart_compare].

    Please refer to attached screenshot.

    Hello,

    The Compare feature is enabled by switching in the Theme Settings – > Shop -> Compare.

    Thanks for your reply.

    Referring to your reply, that was exactly what I did. But it is still showing the short code on the “Compare” page on front-end.

    I am attaching 2 screenshots of Elementor view (after adding the Compare widget) and also the Shop > Compare settings.

    From these screenshots, you will see that I’ve followed the steps. But it still does not work.

    Looking forward to your reply to solve this.

    Hi,

    Could you please once go to Dashboard > Theme Settings > Shop > there you can find the Compare sub-tabs for options > in that please once check if you have enabled the Compare and have also selected the respective page created. https://snipboard.io/vrWdmF.jpg

    Also, please make sure that your WoodMart Theme and WoodMart Core plugin is updated to the latest version on your Site. Please deactivated all the third party Plugins on your Site.

    I’ve done everything you said (including your latest reply). Nothing works.

    Anyway, I suggest you get your team to look into this root cause.

    I’ve wasted 3 days trying to resolve this issue.

    Hello,

    Your issue has been solved. Please check the compare page now, I have found that you have not updated the Woodmart core plugin and disabled the compare from the theme settings. Now please check the site after removing the browser cache.
