Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
We have checked this concern thoroughly on your Site, firstly the under the Theme Settings > Product archive > Sidebar > you had selected the Shop Layout without Sidebar which we have now selected the Sidebar one: https://snipboard.io/0kfaMW.jpg
So, after selecting that then we viewed the Shop page of your Site, it was showing the Off-Canvas sidebar: https://snipboard.io/xKR7f8.jpg
Then checked on Mobile view too, it was appearing fine there too: https://snipboard.io/MLAORW.jpg
Please check back your Site after completely clearing browser and server cache.
Best Regards.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
It shouldn’t be an issue with the Elementor Pro activated but quite strangely it is not working on your Site with Pro enabled. So, it seems that there might be some settings of the Plugin causing this.
You might want to consult the Pro plugin support once in this regard. They can guide better with this.
Best Regards.

gswoodmartParticipantHi,
here is the reply from Elementor Pro support.Thank you for contacting Elementor Support. I will be more than happy to assist you!
Please be advised that you might be encountering this issue due to incompatibility of the woodmart theme in Elementor.
We highly recommend for you to use the compatible theme in Elementor to prevent this issue ” Hello Theme” is one the compatible theme in ElementorFebruary 6, 2023 at 11:29 am #440719
Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Sorry for the delay in the response.
We have thoroughly checked this concern on your Site and found out that you have created the Shop page with the builder, in that case the Theme Settings will not work and that is what is happening in your case because they are designed for an off-canvas sidebar, and with the builder there is no sidebar anymore, but there is an Elementor column in which widgets are added (https://prnt.sc/npN4w-bljKdw).
So, you will need to create your Shop page without the page builder first i.e. the default WooCommerce Shop page.
Then if you want to have Off-Canvas sidebar style for it then you can use the Theme’s Layout Builder to create a Custom Archive page layout and in that you can have that Off-Canvas sidebar style using the Role options available under the Elementor editor: https://prnt.sc/NgsbrCLXD_zT
Here is the guide to that: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/custom-off-canvas-sidebar/
Regarding the guide regarding creating Custom layout for the Archive pages, please check the following link: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/shop-page-builder/
Although, the guide screenshots in the above documentation link is of the WPBakery page builder but the same follows-up in Elementor editor as well.
Further, you can read more about the Layout Builder here: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/
Best Regards
