Optimization Questions

I’m fine tuning optimization on my side, read all info available here and got some decent improvements so far but got stuck in a couple of issues.

I keep getting this (print below) on Page Speed. This carrousel is pretty much the same as original, all I did was changing images (well optimized and similar sizes as your demo but as you can see, it takes a while to get loaded.
How to improve that?

Other point is about wp-mediaelement.min.css and mediaelementplayer-legacy.min.css Those are slowing the board down as well. I might be wrong but I believe those are WP Native and using Woodmart, are those really necessary?
How to remove them in case we don’t need it ?

Files from the first screenshot related to WordPress media player and our theme don’t influence it.

I know that LCP will always exist and is a reference. But in my case in particular this one is taking 5 seconds to be loaded and this is not good at all.

What would be the best way to improve its loading?
