Optimize Theme for PageSpeed Insights

Hello, i am trying to optimize my site to increase the SEO performance, and there are things that are out of my hand and are in yours, I refer to some tips the Woodmart developers can adjust to increase the performance.
The first advice from PageSpeed Insights is:
1 –
Say that “Image elements do not have explicit width and height”

2 – Other thing is “Avoid chaining critical requests”

In general, our theme is already optimized and doesn’t have too many resources to make your website slow. Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images, or other resources. So we suggest you remove unnecessary plugins, install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like WP Rocket.
