Problem updating theme in 4.1

Hello, I want to update my theme in version 4.1 but this error message is displayed and it does not run.

Also, I realized that I had installed the child theme provided but when I created my website and change the theme I did not make the changes to my site on the subject of children but on the parent theme. With the extension “Generate Child Theme”, I created a child theme named “Woodmart2” it can prevent me from losing my modifications of the theme if I update the parent theme while I have edit the parent theme?

Try to do the following to update the theme:

1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.

2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.

4. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

If it does not help, make the full backup of your site and update via FTP https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/update-theme-2/

If you need help, provide FTP access to the private area.

Thank you, I managed to update the theme through my http://FTP.It’s Okay.

On the other hand, I have the 2 logos Wishlist and Compare (see attached image) that do not work anymore.

All right, I followed the whole procedure. The icons on the header redirects to the pages Compare and Wishlist it’s okay.

On the other hand, you can not delete an article in the compare page. This one comes back all the time and the same for Wishlist. I deleted the article but it is always marked “1” on the Wishlist icon.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin login URL.

hello, it’s good after deactivating the plugins and reactivate each plugin is a function on wp-rocket that is problematic.
For your information, it is the “User Cache” function that raises concerns. Attached is the capture.

Try to replace the plugin with WP Super Cache or check the current plugin configurations, perhaps there is an option to set in the way it would not influence the Compare and Wishlist.
