Product page in all colors available are displayed but in the shop page displays only certain colors or no color.

add_filter( 'basel_swatches_on_grid_right_order', '__return_false', 10 );

1. You can enable hard crop for your images in WooCommerce -> Settings -> Products -> Display. You will need to regenerate all thumbnails after changes.
2. Could you please explain a bit second problem? We don’t see any magnifying when mouse over the image.
