Problems with my license

I am having problems with my license I guess, first I used it in a free hosting but then, when I tried to put it in the real hosting, I asked me again for the lincense and all my information dissappeared, I reset all the work I did and I installed again the template but now, I cant see all the option you gave me at first. All the popups, pages for examples and so on.
