Product Catalog Hierarchy

Good morning I have this problem, which I can’t solve and maybe you are more informed than me.
The product catalog has a hierarchy and this is set manually to create a menu.
But in the case in which the categories are imported from a .csv file these hierarchies change and therefore the set menu changes and the user will find broken links.
I’ve been doing tests for about 10 hours and looking for plugins to solve even with other mega menus, I can’t find a solution, do you have any ideas or am I missing something?

Sorry to say I do not fully understand your issue. Could you please elaborate on your concern more with some useful Screenshots so that we can better understand and assist you accordingly of which issue you have faced.

Also share the wp logins details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.

It is not a theme problem at least I think…

Hello,

Go to Appearance > Menus.
Replace the current mega menu dropdown with the newly created HTML Block.
Choose the Mega Menu option for that menu item.
