arven1ParticipantHello,
I’ve issue with sizes of images in grid where is 4 product categories per row. Two of them are always different sized no matter what sizes I upload they are not proper. Can you please check why?
February 1, 2018 at 6:01 pm #36884
arven1ParticipantThis are images under POPULAR CATEGORIES on homepage.

Artem TemosKeymasterHi,
Try to regenerate all thumbnails using this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/
Regards
February 2, 2018 at 12:28 am #36912
arven1ParticipantI tried that, not working at all.
February 2, 2018 at 7:57 am #36945
Artem TemosKeymasterCould you please disable all extra plugins that are not related to our theme so we can check what is wrong there?
February 2, 2018 at 4:00 pm #37059
arven1ParticipantBut I give you an access, can you please check it out inside of WordPress panel? Feel free to disable what every you want as I created backup.

Artem TemosKeymasterVery strange, but even if we test default WooCommerce Product Categories element without our theme or plugins it doesn’t work correctly too. Seems to be an issue with WooCommerce or with thumbnails regeneration. Try to set completely different images size 100×100 for example and regenerate all thumbnails to see if this option works for you in general.
February 2, 2018 at 10:30 pm #37096
arven1ParticipantHow this is possible? I don’t get it…
February 2, 2018 at 11:18 pm #37102
arven1ParticipantBut I checked and it seems like its a problem with your grid in theme not thumbnail itself…
February 3, 2018 at 12:19 am #37104
arven1ParticipantOk, let me elaborate… If I change image (completely new image), that product category get lost from product category section. This section is woodmart based right? Also, when I change that image to new image and try to add that product category back through visual composer, it erases some other category. Like it doesn’t want to show category at all. I believe that is main problem and not regenerate thumbnails of images. Can you please check this as this section is not woocommerce part but part of woodmart theme?
February 3, 2018 at 8:32 am #37124
Artem TemosKeymasterYou can check is this problem related to our theme categories element switching to default WordPress theme and using this VC element that comes with WooCommerce plugin by default https://gyazo.com/0cda6869180a8b5c51ab5e7047b0233f
February 3, 2018 at 12:20 pm #37184
arven1ParticipantYes I checked and its true. If I add product categories of Woocommerce its still having issues. What to do in this strange situation?
February 3, 2018 at 1:11 pm #37192
Artem TemosKeymasterTry to set completely different images size 100×100 for example and regenerate all thumbnails to see if this option works for you in general.
February 5, 2018 at 6:03 pm #37618
arven1ParticipantYou were right! It was issue with thumbnails and I’ve fixed it. Thanks for the hint.
I’ve one more issue here… Basically, I’m using Product Add-ons plugin but seems like that does not include price in the cart output. I google it and people are saying that this situation mostly happen because of the theme. Can you please check why is this happening? Use link that I put in the private area to check on that. To be more precise, product add-ons is this part:
Imprint Charges (Screen Printed)
Setup Charge ($45.00)February 5, 2018 at 7:56 pm #37647
Artem TemosKeymasterHi,
Try to rename or temporarily remove our theme file located in
woodmart/woocommerce/global/quantity-input.php
Regards
February 5, 2018 at 11:25 pm #37687
arven1ParticipantYes your are right. Seems like this is issue from plugin end not your theme.
But I’ve updated theme to the newest version and occur issues:
1. On the homepage under FEATURED PRODUCTS, you’ll see that it is impossible to click on LOAD MORE PRODUCTS and product from the second row is positioned in third row for some reason. Can you check why please?
2. If you access single product page you will see that few things are bad… On wishlist there are some text hovering it, on increment – and + between that it is text quantity for some reason. Can you please check? Before I do update of theme this things were working but I want to have the latest version of your theme because of security reasons.
Thank you.
February 6, 2018 at 12:43 am #37689
arven1ParticipantBasically, I believe both those things have to do something with Ajax not being done properly in new version of your theme. Please help!
February 6, 2018 at 7:26 am #37721
Artem TemosKeymasterBut you didn’t update the theme and still running an outdated one https://gyazo.com/d78aa325461a4505f8f9970a4541c31e
February 6, 2018 at 1:48 pm #37810
arven1ParticipantWhy you are saying this based on what? I did update theme, you did not clear your cache. Can you please login to my site and check? Also, I need this issues to be fixed ASAP.
Proof that site is updated to 1.10.0. version: https://prnt.sc/iawauu
February 6, 2018 at 1:55 pm #37813
Artem TemosKeymasterWe check this in our CSS file
February 6, 2018 at 5:30 pm #37856
arven1ParticipantOk I don’t know for what reason is this happening but as you can see from FTP from style.css its saying that version is 1.10.0. Bigger problem is that nothing that involves Ajax is not working. Can you fix this or not?
February 6, 2018 at 5:39 pm #37859
arven1ParticipantIf you cannot help, then say we cannot help we don’t know why ajax on our theme is not working and that’s it, but at least check.
February 6, 2018 at 6:21 pm #37872
Artem TemosKeymasterOf course we can help you, but we know that some issues are caused by the outdated version of our theme. And as you can see on the link we sent, the theme is 1.8 version and not updated. So please, update the theme firstly and then everything should work correctly.
February 6, 2018 at 10:42 pm #37900
arven1ParticipantCan you please check via FTP details that I sent you and wp login that I give you that I HAVE UPDATED theme. I really cannot say why this is showing you old style.css.
February 7, 2018 at 12:05 am #37906
arven1ParticipantAlso, try to go now to style.css file. Seems like it was not working because I did not update woodmart-code plugin to newest version but now I’ve updated everything to the newest version and ajax is still not working (check my 2 questions from start of this thread). I really need this to be fixed.
February 7, 2018 at 7:42 am #37926
Artem TemosKeymasterOK, we see that you use some optimizations plugins that break your JS scripts on the home page and a lot of functionality is not working. Also, the CSS files we mentioned earlier, now is minified by you and that may cause some issues as well. Could you please disable all these functions on your website to see how our theme works with original JS and CSS files? You will need to reupload original theme files as well.
February 7, 2018 at 12:54 pm #38037
arven1ParticipantSeems like this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/excited-testimonials-showcase/ is not compatible with your theme and after I delete it everything starts to work fine. I’m sending you this so you can know to point customers if same happen to them because of this plugin. I removed it and now everything is good. 🙂
February 7, 2018 at 1:33 pm #38071
Artem TemosKeymasterGreat, we are glad that you have found the solution.
February 9, 2018 at 1:09 am #38505
arven1ParticipantYes, thanks. Tell me, is there some possibility to filter in Products page to set up when products are filtered by price that products without a price is not in the search?
February 9, 2018 at 7:32 am #38532
Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Unfortunately, WooCommerce doesn’t allow to exclude products from the shop page that are without price.
