Product tab options

In the product page, in ‘Product tab options’, the ‘content of the custom tab’ is displayed in the front end only if I enter the ‘title of the custom tab’. How can I bring up the ‘custom tab content’ without entering the ‘tab title’?
Can I also display the ‘custom tab content’ before the HTML block placed in ‘Extra content options’?

Any tab title is important as it clarifies what content this tab contains. We would recommend writing your title, and we can set the transparent colors to hide. As soon as you set it, please give the page URL.
