Products attributes are all gone

There seems to be a bug in WP/WOO so that all Products attributes are all gone.

They are in de database, but not showing at the website/product page.

A quick google saying that since June 2018 this seems to be a big issue, and not only at your theme.

Contact WPML support for the help. Such a situation may happen when you change the main language. Try to restore the settings which yoou changed in WPML

Our theme does not influence the Woocommerce and WPML functionality.

No, because I am not sure when this happened.

Can anybody check my PHPMYADMIN and confirm that the attributes are still attached to the products if I give a product ID and my phpmyadmin credentials?

When I open a product, all attributes are there,… but empty.

Please check:

Search in the admin – products for: tom pouce

Select the UPPER variable product

Select the properties of the Attributes like “Merk”, “Smaak” etc.

Are data is done, and every attributes was inserted there.

The only attribute which are still left are the Variable one which have different data in the pull down on the front end.

All fields are empty, and this was not before,… every attribute had data in it.

This question seems to be not related to our theme. If you are using some plugins that cause this problem you need to contact their support for help. We don’t see any issues from our theme side.

I have like 1000 products, and 800 of them are variable products, and most of them lost their values as I said before.

Did you solve it by just add the same attribute values to one product? of all?

I have corrected one product by hand, and added all values back to what it was, but all other are still empty. It looks like they are not pulled from the DB, because on the rout page the Attribute name is visible, only the value/data isn’t.
