Promo Banner Size

Sorry for bothering again. Can you help me?

I decided to use one of the templates you have set in WPBakery called Flowers banner grid.

Wondering if it’s possible to increase the height of the first and third colums promo banners so to match the height of the second column without compromising quality? https://prnt.sc/r9e5lf

The preset size of the first column banner is 485×480 px. I uploaded picture with dimensions 485×635 px and set the size of the banner as ‘full’. However, it didn’t increase the height. When I specified the banner size as 485×635 px it worked but the quality was ruined.

Wondering how to make the banner appear 485×635 and have original photo quality?

I saw the screenshot you attached. To use the image of the same size with the same quality you need to specify the actual image size in the image sizes.

Yes, I have specified the image sizes but the problem is quality becomes bad. Want to make it HD

Original image size is 800×800, I specify it 485×635 px for banner and the quality becomes bad. How to retain good quality?
