Question about creating and editing Posts

Hello!
I want to ask you about the possibility of saving the style of Posts that were created automatically when the theme was activated.

Created default Posts have a beautiful style and more.
I tried to reproduce similar styles with standard tools, but it turned out to be impossible.

When you try to edit Posts created by you, after publication, your posts remain intact – i.e. my text or images are not there.

Without knowledge of html coding etc. Can’t you create posts like this? I’m attaching screenshots of what happens.
