    Hi Xtemos Team,

We need help with the product page/cart form:

    1. When using the product price element, it’s appending “— or subscribe and save 10%” after the price. How do we remove this? Please see screenshot 1.
    2. Some of our products have multiple attributes. On one product, one of the variations is out of stock, but the swatch makes it look like it’s in stock. Is an out of stock item supposed to have a line through it or some sort of indicator like the disabled swatches? Please see screenshots 2a and 2b.
    3. When the cart is empty, it isn’t showing the empty cart message. Do you know how to fix this? Please see screenshots 3a and 3b.
    4. Are there any better looking options instead of radio buttons for the purchase selector? Please see screenshot 4.

    Thank you!

    Hi,

    01. It is not our theme related. It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.

    02.
If you are not seeing this default behavior, you can try the following steps:
Go to your WordPress dashboard and navigate to WooCommerce > Settings.
Click on the “Products” tab and then click on the “Inventory” sub-tab.
Ensure that the “Out Of Stock Visibility” option is set to “Hide out of stock items from the catalog”.
    Save the changes. https://ibb.co/N1Tj6RF

    03.
Check for conflicts with other plugins or themes: Sometimes, conflicts with other plugins or themes can cause issues with the display of the empty cart message. You can try disabling all other plugins and switching to a default theme to see if the empty cart message displays correctly.

    04.
You can use color swatches instead of radio buttons to display the available options. Woodmart theme has an option to use color and image swatches for product attributes.

    Best Regards.

    Thank you for your responses.

For question 4, I’m inquiring about the selector between purchase type, not product attributes/options (please see earlier screenshot). Is there a way to customize the selector so it’s something better than radio buttons?

    Hi,

Sorry to say but this issue comes from a third party plugin. This is not a Theme end concern, just to clear the fact. It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
    Please contact the Plugin Support.

    Hope you can understand !

    Best Regards.

    Thank you for your help.

Last question… What’s the best way to change the appearance of the out of stock indicator on product variables? Check out the screenshot. The indicator is barely visible.

    Hi,

I saw the screenshot you attached. From where did you change the view of the swatches to square because by default they are displayed as circles.

ButI have checked on our test site that when the color swatch is out of stock the line on the square is not showing:

Hello! I do not understand your response. Can you suggest a way to make the out of stock indicator darker so it’s more visible? I did not see a setting for this on the attributes page.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that.

It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.

    Best Regards.
