shop or products pages are moved near the top of the template

Hello, I am trying to reach you because all my products on my page are moved near the top once they are inserted as products on my website, so, I need to fix it, I left my website and in a previous ticket I left admin credentials on my site too. I left a photo for you to see how the products are been saw. Please need help with this. thanks in advance.

Hello,

You need to clone the default header, disable the overlap, and then set this cloned header for the single product.
