Show all filter attributes

Hello! I as wondering if there was a setting or manual way to show all attributes within a filter, not just ones being actively used by a product.

For example, I’d like to display red, blue and green as product filters, however I only have red and green products so those are the only color options showing in the filter.

In order to show all attributes in the filter, they should be defined in some products, unfortunately, there is no way to show attributes in the filter that are not defined.
