site header doesnt show on some of the pages

hello, i have a wierd problem on my website
some of the headers doesnt show on specific pages
after i press CTRL + F5 (clear the browser cache) the header is shown
it happens on product pages on on category pages .
i tried to disable plugins but the problem still exist
please help it is a live site

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG
Switch to the parent theme if you use the child and check.

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

I cannot enter the admin area, when I try to enter, I get a forbidden message.

we decided to build the header in elementor template… but i cant find the wishlist button/ widget of the full screen search/ sidecart button

those widgets only avalible on the header builder?

Hello,

Wishlist and Compare are WoodMart functionality provided in the WoodMart header builder.

Elementor header does not include this functionality by default. You need either install appropriate plugins or use the WoodMart header.
