Split: Video in product gallery vertical size 9:16 issue

Hello Guys, we tried to apply this path and received this error. Can you please advise, no other patch gives this error and we have more than one copy of the theme running, so it’s odd that only one site is effected?

Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builder

@admin Sorry we can not do this, as this is a production site, please provide an alternative method. Thank you.

At least send us your admin access and specify the patch number so we can see the problem.
