Looks like you managed to create a topic. In general, at the bottom of the main page, you can see the `Create New Topic in “WoodMart support forum” form, thus you can create the topic.

Yep, you can post all your questions here. Topics are public but asking questions can only who purchased the support package. Also, we have the “Private area” and this area is only visible for moderators:
