swatch not changing

Hi, I have used the same style of mockup on most of my site and on your last update the swatch has gone on as text don’t also change the drop-down menu on the single product page doesn’t work and putting the wrong item in the basket. Sorry, but we don’t quite understand what problem you have now. Could you please send us a screenshot where we can see the problem and also how it worked before the update?
Attach your admin access so we can check the configuration as well.

Hi it still got the writing words underneath and the drop-down don’t work but it has changed on the other ones on the site but not them

As we can see, the images are still not uploaded. Could you please send us screenshots of the terms you have uploaded images to? And send a link to the product where these terms are used for variations so we can check why our swatches don’t work.

Hi, i use an API to upload the same way as I always have I don’t touch the images or the titles or prices on the site they just go on to the site and when I use the mock-up like to use it now don’t work. On the top of the page I sent before the first 3 tees the wider-looking ones all work fine but I like the look of the slim tee. and now they have text that doesn’t change. link in private

Please, try to upload default images to all terms of the problem product and test how it works.

I am not sure what you mean when I choose a product I make it and pick a mock up to put it on and that’s it I don’t touch the images I just pick a style I like and when I pick the slim-looking tee it looks like what I am showing you if I choose the wider looking one it works fine.

In this case, swatches will not be shown there. The default image is required to be uploaded to make swatches work.

We don’t know how it worked before, but while you don’t have any images uploaded as swatches it will not work on the product page. You can roll back a backup if you have one so we can check how it worked before the update.

First one small swatch underneath that works and when you click on one the drop-down menu works and put the right one in the cart
The second link puts words underneath and when you click on the product the drop-down menu doesn’t work and puts the wrong item in the cart

Hi, Yeah that works when putting the image in but I never had to do that before. Could it be possible that it’s being blocked by something? when you click the box to add the picture the images that I need are just sitting right there ready to be added so it must have come over from the API just not completed

Hi, Yeah I get that they were always needed there I am trying to get to the cause of the problem so I can get it fixed. The images were being put into the correct space on the other ones that I was showing you before automatically and now they are not that’s why i am trying to work out what has changed

It looks like a problem with the import plugin since the data structure in the database was not changed after the update.
