You can change the font by means of Advanced typography option, which allows to choose the item from a drop-down or insert your custom CSS class. Please navigate to the Theme Settings > Typography > Advanced Typography.

If I change the color for the first or second level menu navigation it changes the color in all drop-dowm menus of secondary level in ‘browse the categories’ list. But the the backgrounds are different. So i can’t understand the rule.

Please add different classes to rows of the HTML block which are megamenu blocks. Provide these classes and which categories relate to these classes, I will provide custom CSS for each.

Please specify which one to send. As you probably know each category has its own HTML block.

As for the labels, there is no option to configure your own labels, you will have to find a plugin.

These filters are intended for application on WordPress pages rather than on Woocommerce templates.

You can create HTML block, add these filters and then insert the shortcode into the category description on the category page.
