Thank you page issue

I am trying to add HTML block to Thank you page, but when I change the setting on woodmard theme settings. When I trying to do order, the page hasn’t pass to thank you page. Can you help please? (I want to add “Sign up ” HTML Block)

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

The plugin that is looking for the problem is Elementor. I hope you don’t expect me to disable this plugin for a site designed with Elementor. Please fix the issue in your theme to elementor plugin.

You have closed the circuit in the Theme settings > Shop > Thank you page: you have set Sing Up HTML in the settings: https://prnt.sc/I3fPkbTcrh9x and set the same in the plugin settings: https://prnt.sc/Kuza3l9JQ6s6

Please create different HTML blocks.
