    the video from youtube cannot play.

    Hello,

    Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

    I test with another sub domain that use wordpress theme

    It can play video.

    In this case, please, disable all external plugins temporarily and allow us to switch between themes so we can test this.

    We have fixed this issue by enabling these options in Theme Settings -> Performance -> Plugins https://gyazo.com/90c7aa51e90574f6109f0c995f2127e5
