there is no option for background and font color change.how to make changes

I had install the theme.
but I din’t find many thing like background color, font change, font color, and so many things.
kindly help me.

As soon as the theme has been installed with the required plugins, the Dashboard gets Theme Settings and Basel tabs you can use the instructions to configure the Theme Settings https://xtemos.com/docs/basel/
