Time Delay on reflect changes in real time

Hi,
1. We are working on changes to the content. particularly we are working on the header part. Whenever i make the changes, it does not reflect immediately in real time. it’s taking more than 5 to 8 hours to reflect the changes. we have been facing the problem from the beginning.

We feel the changes is not happening, we do the same again .. its the biggest problem for us. can you help out on this?

2. The Mega menu not working properly on the safari browser, can you pls help me with this?

This Time delay happening in many places.

You should deactivate all plugins, especially WP Rocket plugin https://prnt.sc/ufqvuBAGgMJK (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.

ok. I have a question. If I remove the Wp-rocket , my website speed is going down . is there any alternative you suggest for speed ?
