Updating existing template

    The previous web developer that had control of this website could not provide the licensing that they purchased your Basel template. So, I bought the most recent version 4.0/1 and I am attempting to update but it gives me an error of “Installing the theme…

    Destination folder already exists. /home2/chocoly9/public_html/wp-content/themes/basel-child/

    Theme installation failed.”

    How can I update the theme?

    I attempted to upload the Easy Theme and Plugin Updates. I cannot find the plug in once I activated it. I still cannot update the to version 4.0.1
