Waitlist Cookie Issue & Terms Accept Issue

    Hello,

    I have just enabled the waitlist today and after some testing i’ve noticed the following 2 issues:

    1. If you enable the “Privacy checkbox text”, the text added is not available for translation under wpml. Everything else could be translated without any issues.

    2. If I subscribe to the waitlist of a product and then I set the product back in stock from wp-admin I get an email notification. If I change the stock of the product to 0, the waitlist message remains and you cannot leave the waitlist if you click the button. I believe this is somehow related to the cookie “woodmart_waitlist_unsubscribe_tokens”

    Thanks for reaching to us.

    1. + In order to change / translate words. Please make sure you synced the strings first before changing / translating WooCommerce, WoodMart Core plugins and WoodMart theme. You can refer to article

    + You are also need to select the language for the backend and theme settings for admin from the admin user profile, please edit the user’s profile and then select the language for that user it will show the same on the backend.

    + Some strings related to Waitlist / Wishlist / Compare / Login & Register page, you can change in Theme Settings > Shop or Theme Settings > My account https://prnt.sc/W8Tt95stG3YC

    2. I’ve passed this topic to one of our developers for more details, and I will let you know once get an answer.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your quick response.

    1. I’ve already done that and the string is undetecteable for some reason. I have changed the original text of the checkbox, cleared cache, scanned all strings of woodmart, woocommerce cleared cache again. Furthermore, I’ve enabled “Auto register strings for translation” under WPML. Still undetectable.

    Everything else related to waitlist has been translated without any issues..

    2. It looks like it was related to the cookie blocker I have on the website. After I added the cookie on the list of necessary cookies it works fine.

    Hello, thank you for your response.

    If you go to the URL I sent in private and select X-Large variation, you’ll see the text I have customized does not show up under available translations.
