Website Loading Speed

I upgraded to woodmart 6 seeing the gtmetrix score on your theme which was A but mine is still E after the upgrade.

1. I am on a VPS server which is fast
2. Only the minimial plugins are installed
3. Content is very less on the website
4. All images are already optimised.

Can you please check my website and tell me what needs to be done. Because of this Google is putting out page score to be low and ranking is lower on serps
