Website performance is Low , what is the best setting for enhancing theme

we have enabled w3 cache plugin , but the website still load homepage in more than 10 seconds and performance at Google speed test is 77% Desktop and 38% Mobile
please check the attached screenshots and I have also shared URL and username and password at private area

Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images, or other resources.
