Website Preformance is low

Hello, I recently upgraded my hosting to E-commerce web hosting, which includes 100 GB of SSD storage and 20 GB of RAM. The hosting is specifically optimized for Woocommerce websites and I obtained it from IONOS. However, I am experiencing significant performance issues with my website.

I have attached a screenshot of the GTmetrix analytic results I received today.

Despite following all the recommended performance optimizations, such as converting most of the images on my website to webp format and minimizing the number of plugins, the performance remains unsatisfactory.

Could you please review the settings and suggest any potential improvements to enhance the website’s performance? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
