Where can I edit a footer in the blog’s posts?

1. Could you tell me where I can edit a footer in the blog’s posts?
2. I created in Elementor a new page, and I can’t change the background of this page. I go to the settings (in the left bottom of the Elementor)->Page Style and change the background there. But it doesn’t influence my page background. Please tell me what I did wrong.
