After 3-days of frustration trying different things, watching videos, and more, my issue seems to be resolved. My apologies to the Elementor Peeps because my Woodmart theme broke on its own and lost colors and styles with no other plug-ins even installed. I still cannot get it to save colors for some reason, but at least it still looks good. My fix was to make sure the website in the WordPress Settings>General area was set to https instead of http from when I first started building my site. Of course, turning off caches and using a private or incognito window to build the site in helps as well.
