Wrong active menu item

Hi!
I have issue with active menu items.
After page download it seems to be ok. Active menu item corresponds to the downloaded page. But after you scroll down there is always third menu item became highlighted. How to fix this?

Please insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area. We will take a closer look at the case.

Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

You have added an anchor to your page: https://gyazo.com/7887aaa24a4ff16db36cb41e289c7e1d

You need to remove these anchors to get rid of the highlighting menu item on the scroll.
