Wrong username in the private area

When a user accesses his profile, at the top left he sees the writing “Hello @username” but the username is incorrect, the registered usernames are shown in random order, thus creating confusion for the user. For example I have username Elisa Paoli and it shows “Hello Davide Rossi” how can you fix it??
Also every time woocommerce is updated the translations are overwritten in LocoTranslate, how is it possible to leave them unchanged?? Thank you so much

1. Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

2. Make sure that you have the “Custom” location for your translations, because it is a protected folder that is safe from automatic updates and provides priority over other locations.\
