Secondly, regarding the concern as you know the default Single Product page comes from WooCommerce by default so it doesn’t provide an option to add a Custom button on it.

But under the WoodMart Theme, you can create Custom Single Product layout using the Theme’s Layout Builder which you can find under the Dashboard > Layouts.

Now, in that layout you don’t need to add the Add to Cart button element and add a simple Button there with the required Link that you want to add and then apply that Layout to a specific Product.
