I am working with the Woodmart Premium theme. Recently, we are not able to load the templates that come with the theme. The templates are visible, but they do keep loading when we want to include them on certain pages (see attachment).
Furthermore, when we try to download demos, we get the following notification: “AJAX import error. Try to disable all external plugins and run the import again. If it doesn’t help, contact our support center for further assistance.” (see attachment)
I have tried to disable some plugins, but we are scared that we lose some custom settings. Is there a way you guys can solve this problem, but enable us to keep our settings?

Already try disable plugins, change the PHP.ini values and reset all the things on WordPress.

I can see the 503 timeout error via the Network console for the admin-ajax.php.
We don’t have this issue with any other themes, we host many sites on our server.
Could you please advise the optimal specs for PHP config, as the maximum execution time is over 1 minute (180+ seconds), and it still doesn’t work. We constantly get the AJAX import error.

P.S. For the test, I keep active only required plugins for the theme.

I deactivated and reactivated all other plugins and they dont seem to be interfering. I performed the installation process according to the guide you given, but it couldn’t complete properly. The home page looks very broken and it seems there are some error during the installation.
Please double check the included screenshots for errors. First one is the broken homepage and second one is the AJAX import problem.
