Hi.
I have problem importing dummy content(woodmart main).
I deactivated all plugins and set the PHP as recommended, but it didn’t work.
please let me know how to solve this problem.

I have tried to install the dummy content manually and automatic with no luck on either method. Im trying to install electronics version with no luck.

If you could help me to do so would be great, and as well tell me what was the issue so I do not run into this issue again in the future.

Dear customer support,

I am working with the Woodmart Premium theme. Recently, we are not able to load the templates that come with the theme. The templates are visible, but they do keep loading when we want to include them on certain pages (see attachment).

Furthermore, when we try to download demos, we get the following notification: “AJAX import error. Try to disable all external plugins and run the import again. If it doesn’t help, contact our support center for further assistance.” (see attachment)

I have tried to disable some plugins, but we are scared that we lose some custom settings. Is there a way you guys can solve this problem, but enable us to keep our settings?

I install Woodmart theme in my localhost server. I install everything as shown as in documentation.
but I can’t install demo theme any more.
There is an error message shows!

We have tried correctly but it shows an Ajax import error. Please solve the issues asap and let me know.

I just did all of your guidelines like deactivate and reactivate the plugin and import the demo again but the error is still there.

Already try disable plugins, change the PHP.ini values and reset all the things on WordPress.
On the private content I send the error log from my server

Hello! After new theme updates, I cant import another demo content to my site.
I see this message:
“AJAX import error. Try to disable all external plugins and run the import again. If it doesn’t help, contact our support center for further assistance.”

all external plugins are disabled….but nothing changed. Please, help=)

I can see the 503 timeout error via the Network console for the admin-ajax.php.

We don’t have this issue with any other themes, we host many sites on our server.

Could you please advise the optimal specs for PHP config, as the maximum execution time is over 1 minute (180+ seconds), and it still doesn’t work. We constantly get the AJAX import error.

Hello. I have the same problem as some users before. I can`t import the demo content. I tried the steps in the documentation, but they are not working. I will give you access to my WordPress dashboard below.

P.S. For the test, I keep active only required plugins for the theme.

I deactivated a mailer plugin that seems to have caused the confirmation page not showing issue. I deactivated and reactivated all other plugins and they dont seem to be interfering. However the process is slow generally and I would really appreciate it if you could take a look and see if anything obvious to you is wrong.

We intsalled the theme followed by the documentation, but it doesnt work for us. It shows the same error import ajax problem, Kindly fix the issue as soon us possible

I performed the installation process according to the guide you given, but it couldn’t complete properly. The home page looks very broken and it seems there are some error during the installation.

Please double check the included screenshots for errors. First one is the broken homepage and second one is the AJAX import problem.
