About this AJAX error, we asked you to contact your hosting providers so they can provide error logs or enable PHP errors display on the website. Could you please do this so we can check what is wrong with the import function?

Yes if possible pls resolve it from your end, as I want to keep default theme sometime and shift to child theme, vice versa. But this “Import AJAX problem. Please, try import data manually.” error is occurring, which needs to be resolve, please help.

1 – how to activate base version, i selected child but not able to go to default base versions.
when trying to activate, showing this error: “Import AJAX problem. Please, try import data manually”.
2 – In electronics theme, showing -? women, men, watches.. categories in -> browse categories. where are these categories available in wp edit mode?? please help

If you get an error while importing then there is some problem with AJAX request. And we can’t know what exactly this problem is caused by without looking into your theme files and debugging AJAX requests. It is not a widespread error and there is no any general solution to it.

Error message (above) appeared between start of import and 10%, completed and then displayed this message (as well as AJAX message):

But theme still showing default (blog, no products, no demo) content. Running locally.

Increased memory via wp-config.php:

define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true);
define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );
define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’);

Log shows:

I am trying to install the demo content for your theme on my website and I can’t.
It keeps bringing this error message:

“Import AJAX problem. Please, try import data manually.”

I have included my wp login details for a fast resolution of this issue.

I have a deadline to meet on this project, so please help me ASAP.

Hi,

I just installed the template and all the plug-ins. I’m trying to import the demo content starting with the required ‘Base’ content, but I’m seeing the following error: “Import AJAX problem. Please, try import data manually.”

Any suggestions on how to resolve this error?

I received the following error when uploading the dummy content (Base Content) via the theme,

‘Import AJAX problem. Please try import data manually’

However there are no instructions on how to install the dummy content manually.
Can you supply please.
