Hi! I just bought and installed the woodmart child and parent theme.

I tried importing the dummy content on the child theme and i get the error “AJAX import error. Try to disable all external plugins and run the import again. If it doesn’t help, contact our support center for further assistance.”

I then tried to deactivate all plugins except the ones needed for wood mart, and tried to import

I’ve finally found the reason for my site! it’s not PHP timeout for my site at least. I saw your team updated 6.4.1 yesterday and fixed Ajax importer error, but it still failed when I tried to import demo maybe the 99 times…I finally found the reason is I pointed my site DNS to Cloudflare, before installing WordPress. this leaded to the failure. I removed Cloudflare and I finally had a perfect one time dummy importing!!!
Again I like Woodmart very much and I’m happy to see your team can update it and work hard to make it perfect everyday, I believe the theme will be a hot sale all the time and the sold ranking can go to the top!

Thanks for your help but could you please let me know the reason of Ajax importing error? I don’t want it imported twice , there will be bugs. If you believe you have imported it successfully please show me the method. I don’t want to submit a post everytime I want to import a new demo. thanks

I’ve searched the forum and cannot find a solution.
This is a CLEAN installation, there are NO EXTERNAL PLUGINS , only the ones which were installed with the installation process.

I have imported the page by going under Woodmart >> Dummy content >> Additional pages.

And the AJAX import error often comes with third party plugin conflict. So please deactivate all the third party plugins then try to import.

and i know about import export feature, and i think i can use it. but when i install your theme on localhost, it does not import any demo correctly always gives ajax error… i haven’t installed theme on new website that we purchased but im sure it would give ajax error there as well if i try to import any demo.

i know there is one solution of giving you admin access as we have done this way before.

But is there not any efficient way? because i should be able to import any demo without errors but it seems to give ajax error everytime in different website that i have tried.

we are making a new project and therefore started today with a clean installation. We setup our server and installed wordfence on the application. After that we installed your theme and tried to import dummy content. But we got an error saying we should disable all third party plugins and import the dummy content again. We did that and everything worked fine. But now we tried to go to the Slider Revolution plugin to work on the slider, but we got the following error: “ajax error!!! error”. We already got in touch with our server provider. It hasn’t something to do with the server setup. How can we make the Slider Revolution work again, since your slider depends on that.
