Account Registration page not working on 2 out of 3 sites

I just had a customer tell me that they couldn’t register an account on my website.

I checked it out and it is true! On the 3 sites I have running Woodmart, only one of them lets you create an account. The other two just go to the log in screen.

I will attach screen shots of how the three different sites look.

How can I get the registration working on the two sites that it isn’t?

All your screens are attached successfully.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area.
