Bad performance with WoodMart and Elementor

After configuring the website using WoodMart theme and Elementor the loading time of the page is very high, we get a TTL of 12 seconds on the homepage.
Disabling the header and footer helped a little but not enough, however this is not a viable solution.
I have tried enabling the “Load HTML dropdown with AJAX” option but it did not help much and also at one point it failed with the error Failed to execute “setitem” on “Storage” shown in the console.
Apart from the homepage, Elementor is also used on the product pages and in categories by utilizing the Layout functionality of the theme.

Could you take a look and see if there is something that we are missing and how we can improve out performance.

Please provide access to the admin dashboard and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back.

After disabling all third-party plugins except these: https://prnt.sc/CyZwlLkiJErw , and enabling the “Load HTML dropdown with AJAX” option the site started to load around 2s which is a good result:

So the issue in the third-party plugins that affect site speed.
