Good time of day. I have some questions about the categories, I will be grateful for your help! 1. I lost the drop-down html block after I added child elements to categories (subcategories) and now they are displayed on the main page in the “categories” section when hovering the mouse instead of the block. Is it possible to show an html block instead? 2. My list of subcategories is too long and ugly displayed on the store page. Is it possible to display it horizontally?

01. Create a menu in Appearance > Menu or edit one of the existing ones.

Insert the HTML blocks in menu items, choosing from the drop-down “HTML block for the drop-down” https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/create-menu-2/

02. Sorry to say it is impossible to make it horizontal. It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.

The problem is that as soon as I add to the main category, the drop-down html block on the main page disappears and a list of subcategories appears 🙁

There is an issue with the 3rd party plugins. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.
