Change the background color on hover on the menu item.

    Hello,

    I would like to ask how it is possible or if there is any setting, to change the background colour of a dropdown menu item when the user hovers. I use the default menu and not any mega menu. The problem is that I would like to have the full row of the item change colour. I have noticed that there is a padding 12px and 20px that is applied to the dropdown container so if I change the color on the list item the white space on the top left and right appears.

    I have pasted some screenshots for a better understanding of what I am trying to achieve.

    If there are any other settings that I am not aware of, please let me know.

    Hello,

    You can change the font by means of the Advanced typography option, which allows you to choose the item from a drop-down or insert your custom CSS class. Please navigate to the Theme Settings > Typography > Advanced Typography.

    Ok. So if I understand this correctly, there is no option to change the background color on the full row of the link, so instead you provide a solution to change the color of the text of the link?

    If by any means did not understand this correctly, please let me know.

    You can only change the text on hover. Sorry for the confusion.

    Thank you for the clarification on the matter. This would be a good addition to this type of menu. If there are any feature request logs for the developers, then please add this, if it is possible to be implemented.
