Custom Filter with tags for Woodmart Theme

Hi Support Team,

Presently in Woodmart theme there is Categories, Brand, Color, Size and Price. Can you please guide me how to add custom filters with the help of this theme. Like filtering with tags.

I followed the article https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/how-to-create-filters-form/.

But I cannot understand this properly. If you can show me some video that will be really helpful.

For now, only the default filter by tags is available in Appearance -> Widgets: https://prnt.sc/4KicV021KybP

Such custom filters like “Brand, Color, Size” are available only for the attributes or categories (Products -> Attributes or Products -> Categories). Here is our article with more details: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/variable-products-and-swatches/

My one line question is how to add custom filters in woodmart theme.

Custom filters can be created with the help of the “Woodmart Woocommerce Layered Nav Widget” in Appearance -> Widgets: https://prnt.sc/0MDWkfB8UcZz in which you can define to which attribute the filter will be activated: https://prnt.sc/vwpgHApG42IZ

So firstly create an attribute in Products -> Attributes, then define that created attribute to some products and create the mentioned above widget. As a result, you will have the custom Filter.
