Hello, how to fix the product category on the header menu
I’m sending the pictures below, it’s fine on the brown shop (it’s always lowered)
, but how can I do it on the blue shop as well (we have to click to make it lower)

I try with ON and OFF but still dont work maybe is something else, I use same setting on brow and blue shop but some how on brown working and on blue dont

We have now made the Header Bottom like you want for the Mobile view according to the Reference Site:

For this we have applied first the following Custom CSS on your Site for the Mobile view to change the Background color for Header Bottom:

.whb-header-bottom {
    background-color: #fff !important;
}

Then under the Header Builder > for the Mobile area > we have changed the Search element style to without color one and define the Border color for Search.

2. How to make like to move just one product or 2 in product carousel.

1- The mask oddly was showing at the Carousel level which we can’t seem to find at the options on your Site, so we have applied the following Custom CSS to hide that:

.disable-owl-mobile .owl-carousel { -webkit-mask-image: none !important; }

2- Regarding the Product scrolling for the Mobile view, there is an option to enable Scroll per page: https://snipboard.io/bGBfwi.jpg, which you can turn off if you want.

3- For the Pagination style change, you can go to Dashboard > Theme Settings > Product archive > Products grid > in that scroll down a bit where you can find Products Pagination > there you can change the style of the Paginations: https://snipboard.io/6Czmp4.jpg

Right now for the Products Pagination, there are only three types available which we already mentioned you from the Theme Settings: https://snipboard.io/6Czmp4.jpg

But for the Homepage Products or for the Products which are added through Theme element Products (grid or carousel) > in that if you have selected the Carousel style > then the Pagination style would be changed to Dots: https://snipboard.io/lpGI5k.jpg

Hi, I have a question.
So, if a web shop has your theme but does not have an active license, and now we want to export products from them, but it doesn’t work for them, they only export 30 products, which should be 700+.
Is it because they don’t have a shop with license or is it some other reason because we wouldn’t want to manually enter each product.
Is problem because of Woodmart Licence or other?

As you know the Products are handled under WooCommerce, so you might want to check this concern with the default WordPress Theme like Storefront first to check how many Products are getting exported with that, with that you will get a better idea regarding the concern. If it is an issue at the Theme level or WooCommerce level.

The thing is that the product sorting functionality is related to WooCommerce so our theme cannot influent it. All the options for product sorting are provided in Appearance -> Customize -> Woocommmerce -> Product catalog.

If you created the pages in the Dashboard > Layout, you need to configure the settings in the product widget.

Unfortunately, the Page that you have referenced for the change is the WooCommerce Checkout page. The pages that come from WooCommerce are coming through a Shortcode generated by WooCommerce itself. So, having that sort of change there wouldn’t be possible right now. It might require a third party Plugin usage or a Customization level approach which is out of our Theme Support policy scope. Hope you can understand our limitations here.

Although, under the WoodMart Theme you can create custom layouts for the Cart and Checkout pages using the Theme’s Layout Builder. So, you can check that if it is of any use to you: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/checkout-page-builder/

I have the same woodmart theme, but when I search for (bottles) and type only “boč” on one website it recognizes the product and on another it doesn’t.
He only search web I type full word.

Could you please once try deactivating all the third-party Plugins on your Site remaining the Theme required ones activated? If the issue gets resolved, then reactivate them one by one to see which Plugin is causing the issue.

If somehow issue still persists, then please take a complete Backup of your Site first, then provide us the WP-ADMIN Login details of your Site in the Private Content field along with the permission to completely debug your Site which includes deactivating all the third-party Plugins and removal of on-Site Customization changes too, so that we can thoroughly check this issue on your Site and assist you accordingly.

Okay, you can check what is going on, maybe I was something click in theme settings, Is not that big deal but if we can fix it that will be grate.

(2.*) (for megamarket.hr) So I add information box and use picture for icon and on desktop I can se picture but in mobile I dont, on Iphone i dont se, but on android I see, how is this posible hahahh (first and second)

Firstly, regarding the wp-admin Login of the bebino.hr Site, as you know there is a time difference issue so the code sending way might not work correctly. If there is any other simpler way possible through the temporary wp-admin login link or direct wp-admin access, it would be good and a faster way to access the Site Admin. Hope you can understand and won’t mind.
